What we do

Design – MCL utilises state of the art 3D parametric modelling software to develop our products. Once drawn we may supply 2D drawings for checking and approvals to our customers to ensure the products fit complex shapes and geometries first time.

Testing –  Whether we are looking to achieve Type Approvals or Project Appraisals we start by contacting our underwriting authority to ensure we are meeting the latest International Standards before we approach test centres that have been approved for the type testing required.

Our engineers consider the technical requirements of the project to allow bespoke solutions to be developed on a case by case basis.

Manufacture – All of our fire seal manufacturing is completed by our parent company. This allows MCL to keep a watchful eye on the manufacturing processes and delivery schedules.

We employ a trained team of staff that specialise in the manufacturing of our products and services. We do not subcontract the manufacturing of fire seals to third party subcontractors.

After sales support – Our specialist trained after-sales team are here to help with any questions you may have concerning your PFP installation.
