All materials used in the development of the standard fire seal system have been tested against liquid nitrogen spray for 1 hour.
The liquid nitrogen cools the materials to minus 180 degrees Celsius without loss of function or performance of the seal.
Following the test, the seal materials remained soft and flexible for continued applicational use.
Seals used for resistance to liquid nitrogen spray can be made in almost any size.
