Multi Pipe

We have tested various jet fire resistant multipipe seals to prove complex and technical shapes and orientations can be accommodated.

The tested seals keeping their flexibility throughout the testing duration.

Twin pipe penetrations have been tested and offer 1 hours resistance to jet fire. Larger penetrations have achieve 30 minutes protection.

Multi-pipe seals are manufactured on a case by case basis and are subject to orientation and physical size limitations.

MCL’s team can advise if sufficient space is available around any penetration to allow the manufacture and install of a multi-pipe seal.
